Better than other Yerba mates
I used to drink a more popular brand of Yerba mate, but switched to these for a zero sugar option. They’re amazing! Much healthier alternative and tastes great. Gives me good energy!

Well, they're good for you...
I made this purchase because these are very highly rated by the Yuka app for healthiness. Most energy drinks are a disaster, health-wise. There is a very good amount of caffeine to get you going. However...the taste makes me gag. I have to mix these 50/50 with some sort of juice just to be able to barely be able to drink them. Taste is personal, so maybe you'll love 'em. Given the price (I think I paid about $3/can), I would suggest finding something similar at a local store and trying 1 before buying all these. They are pretty good for you!
