After the initial disappoint of faulty supplied HDMI and Windows 11 Home edition not the PRO as advertised, both issues were resolved to my satisfaction by the seller Bought the unit for its great price at time of purchase The points that stood out for me were the PRO edition of Windows 11 16 GB of DDR5 RAM 512 GB SSD UHD Graphics I was quite impressed with the boot time (about 5 seconds and you're ready to go!) Overall speed is quite fast, don't understand why some complain at the N95 clock speeds The quoted base frequency is 1.7 GHz (boost is up to 3.4 GHz), just put the unit in power mode for higher speeds, with only 15W power consumption you can easily run this unit at higher speeds and always powered on if you want 16 GB DDR5 RAM size and speed is beneficial for the graphics chip (the integrated ones normally grab a lot of RAM! also, as for web browsers that have multiple tabs open) The UHD graphics look great on my 4K+ monitor (don't use the other 2 HDMI outputs) The USB 3-A ports can easily support hub/adaptor for use with other types of port if required (e.g. USB-C) I use the Wi-Fi to connect to the internet, other computers, and printers, although the LANs may be useful in some cases) Wi-Fi is also fast (its connected to an extender at the moment) The installed SSD is fast and large enough for most purpose Overall, this is a pretty fast little machine that I delighted with; I can't comment on gaming as I last did this when Space Invaders was out (this unit has cost a lot less than graphic cards I have installed on my PCs) Ideal for general computing purposes and it takes up minimum space At least I won't have the cost of any upgrading which I have tended to do with other PCs Purchased an extended 3-year warranty for only £18 (hope I don't need it) Addendum So much for not going to upgrade (been messing around basically) I replaced the original M2. sata drive with a M2. NVMe 512GB PCIe gen3X4 (the original is now my backup) Can only use 2 lanes in the M2 slot so don't get the full speed, about >3X read increase and 2.5 write It does make a noticeable difference when loading apps and large files The memory speed can be set to 4800 MHz which is higher than the original setting, this is max for an N95 Check other media sources for fine tuning etc As a side note I manged to install Chrome OS on a USB 256GB SSD drive (much faster than USB flash drives and more suitable for purpose), voila.. can now use it as a Chrome computer much like my old LG Chromebase.. but a lot faster!, so just boot with the USB when I want this option, great!

I bought this to power a touchscreen we use for a family calendar. It boots up quickly and runs programs quickly, albeit we’re not doing anything very demanding. It’s very small meaning it can be easily hidden away. It has never crashed and the physical build quality is good. I am very happy with it.

I bought this item on 04/10/2024, and I have been very impressed with its performance for such a small device. It's fantastic for basic work such as using Microsoft Office, web browsing, and so forth. My wife uses this PC to teach English online through Skype and the cloud app provided by her company. I was surprised at how many peripherals you can connect to this little box! You can run it connected to three screens via the three separate HDMI sockets provided and I love the fact that this system has two network cards. So could go down a couple of routes such as assigning 1 NIC to WOL or you can connect both NICs and load balance. I did hit a problem with this PC with the PC shutting down after being switched on. I reached out to the manufacturer via email and provided my Amazon Invoice as proof of purchase. They were very quick to reply and the issue was resolved. It turned out that the HDMI to VGA adaptor I was using was somehow knocking out the display and causing the PC to freeze. Testing the little PC by connecting it to my huge HDMI TV and leaving it running for up to five hours proved it was the HDMI to VGA adaptor. Long story short don't use old equipment! So question 1 Would I buy this PC again - Answer Yes definitely Question 2 What do I think about Technical Support? I think if I were not technically IT literate I think most customers would have hit a problem, although I noted that underneath the PC is a list of companies in different countries that you could contact. Having said that the Tech support provided by email was high quality in the options and suggestions to resolve the problem. One niggling issue that probably only applies to me, I noted that if you placed this PC on a flat wooden or slate surface I could hear the vibration of the fan underneath. I have very good hearing so I found it a bit annoying. If you pick the PC up IT IS DEAD QUIET which to me is amazing. I know that a base plate is provided so that you can attach this PC to the back of a monitor or TV but I think a little accessory like a small stand with holes for airflow would work well. It could also help with noise dampening on certain surfaces. Might get a friend to 3D print one for me
