I bought this for my shih tzu who was having trouble getting onto things due to a problem with her back leg.I was a bit sceptical but the steps are brilliant, just what I needed.They formed the step shape very quickly after unpacking.This was almost immediate.I waited an hour before I put the cover on which was very easy to get on.The cover fitted perfectly and really enhanced the look of the steps.The steps were sturdy yet not too hard for the dogs feet.They do move about a bit if the dog is a bit enegertic though.They are light and easy to carry if you need to take them upstairs or to another room.My dogs found them easy to use and they were just the right height for everything I needed.I would certainly recommend and buy another set.

After a lot of trauma with slipped disc, her IVDD diagnosis and months of recovery, my dog struggled jumping and can still see some weakness in her legs even at rest. These steps have been amazing! Safe, sturdy, and easy for her to use. She's so much happier being able to get around on her own again. Absolutely worth every penny!

I really rate these. Ideally, I'd have liked some steps that I could fold away discreetly but they're either too hard or not sturdy at all so I went with what was best for my dogs and have to live with them being permanently on display.These really are great quality. A sturdy foam that doesn't give under their feet so they feel sure-footed, but also soft enough they wouldn't hurt themselves on them like on wood/metal.I didn't believe the vacuum packed item that arrived would ever transform into a set of steps, but I was wrong, they look good and are worth paying a few pounds more for over others which don't look as neat.My 10yo girl picks and chooses when to use them but I'm trying to start easing pressure on her back. My 14yo Jack Russell has even learnt to use them. V happy.

This bed is fab for my 10 week old cavapoo who was starting to try and launch himself off the sofa. The fact it has curves rather than square steps means it’s less scary. He started off sliding down on his tummy but soon got the hang of it. Grips well on laminate floor and sturdy enough. Only down side for me is I think it is a little expensive for what it is but would definitely recommend

Our Frenchie Stan has IVDD and sometimes things he's invincible - these really help him get onto the sofa and back off and after a small amount of time hes learned to use them properly. They are a good size and nice quality.

Bought these steps last minuet, due to our 14yr old cat receiving emergency care for oesteo arthritis in his hips & pelvis. On discharge his mobility needed to be restricted as much as possible. We were not 100% sure he would use them, but with a little coaching he was fine. He uses them well & they've reduce his jumping onto & off of the sofa and bed.The steps arrived promptly, and were easy to set up.We would recommend this product 100%

Very sturdy and my cat walks up with ease. That good I bought one for my daughter’s elderly dog and it’s strong enough for the dog too. Doesn’t move all over when the animals are on in. Amazing product

Soft, yet, firm, these lovely, springy steps have transformed life for our elderly rescue cat, Billy.UNPACKING THE PRODUCTUnwrapping the steps requires patience as they are highly compacted into a cylinder shape and one must 'wait' for them to expand into shape.USING THE PRODUCTDon't be downhearted if your pet initially rejects the steps. This is what happened with Billy. He didn't want anything to do with them when laid out as per the picture. Then my husband decided to flip them round so the stairs were much steeper. After that, we couldn't keep our arthritic moggie away from them. At 18 years, he climbs these steps with ease. They give him continued access to his favourite 'high' places. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product.
