I have noticed a change in my levels of tiredness. No drastic change, but a change on brain fog and just feeling yucky. I am on my second bottle. It tastes really good and doesn’t upset my stomach. I’m not the best at remembering to take it everyday and I can tell on the days I forget. I also take magnesium sublingually so I have not noticed and issues with constipation.

The product came quickly and was packaged well.I will have to agree with other reviews that the dropper is horrible.I have to do it four times to give myself the recommended dose and stillnot sure I am getting the actual amount as the dropper doesn't emptycompletely.I will review my results after I have taken it for a full month to see it I notice a difference in myenergy levels and get blood work done. I have high hopes for this product, but we shall see.
