Vibration gone
Seemed to stop the vibration on a 2012 Ford Transit Connect

Perfect fit, works great
Since this mount is on top of the motor, it's extremely easy to replace. I was having vibration while driving, which I thought was telling me to get my tires rotated and balanced. The tire shop told me that all my tires were perfectly balanced when I brought it in, but that they re-balanced them all to be sure. They suggested that it was motor mounts needing replaced. After the tire balance, the vibration continued. This mount, being the easy one to replace, was easy to test if it would work. It took care of that vibration on my 2007 Camry.

No better than your broken motor mounts
You will be replacing these soon after installing them or living with that horrible buzzing sound in your dash. Spend a little extra for the real Ford parts and save yourself doing this job twice.
