This was the first time I was using this grill, when 10 minutes into my BBQ I saw a flame under neat the knob, I had to turn off the gas propane Immediately and stove wasn’t turning off. I burn my finger because the knob completely melted from the fire and I had to turn off the screw behind the knob from my hands. Also this grill didn’t came with Gas Hose to attached to propane. I had to spend another $32 to get the Gas Hose. Would not recommend anyone to buy this product. Cheap quality.

Well boxed for shipping. Easy to assemble. Side burner works well. Burners put out enough heat for all cooking purposes. Con: being left handed, side burner on left side would have been better, doesn’t hurt the functionality overall. Nice grill for the money.

Came quickly, had a few scratch’s and a dent, went together pretty quickly but the instructions were not the best to follow.

Grill had all the features we were looking for at a very reasonable price. Assembly instructions were well written and seller quickly provided the extra screws that were missing. On first use for a party, the burners flared up, the handle for the top was too hot to touch without a pot holder and the cooking was uneven. We are very disappointed

product was cheaply made, part of the metal frame was bent. would not purchase again.

Great grill, especially for the price, but the assembly instructions are not for the faint of heart. Nothing is labelled and the latter part of the instructions are out of order, like when putting on the cabinet doors. Drawings are not great. Otherwise the grill is great.

I wanted a cheap grill to replace the Char-Broil Classic that has served me well for almost 10 years. And I got exactly what I asked for......CHEAP ! Let's start with the damage : 1. Bottom panel was bent...see pic. 2. Both sides of the hood were bent and paint scraped off....see pics. Let's move on to assembly : 1. The manual is sorely lacking in detailed instruction & pics....they should let a 6 year old with a crayon write the manuals and draw the pics for them. 2. The screws for the door magnet are not self-tappers as described. Let's look at the operation : 1. In the first 30 seconds after lighting the smoke coming off the grill made it apparent that the components were not cured in a heat over during manufacturing....see pic. 2. The paint is already bubbling up after 60 seconds of seeing heat....see pic. 3. The thermostat doesn't work....see pic. 4. The side burner will not light using the built in igniter. 5. Within 60 seconds of seeing heat the grates started warping.....see pic. If it wasn't for having to disassemble this piece of crap and shipping it back....I WOULD DEMAND A FULL REFUND !!!!
