For the price and the various reviews I read, this is THE bang for the buck. Compared to a S24, S25 or S26 there isn't much missing and some would argue it's one of the last of the breed especially with the BT S-Pen (the new ones don't have anymore or have lesser features). It STILL has "updates" life left and WILL get One UI 8.5 (any day now actually). This is noticeably faster and better in pretty much every way. I didn't know what real battery life was until now. I can go a full day without a charge; my other phone I was lucky to get 4 hours of my normal use and even then I was on high alert to where the nearest AC plug is. To go from 80% to 50% was scary but that 50% to 20% when the S10 would power down to safe mode was a constant source of anxiety. With this it's like time is on a different measure. I could watch the % tick down on the old one, on here it barely moves. A true game changer. The ONLY "gripe" I have is this beast is a big-boy. It's probably double the weight and dimensions in every way. I can absolutely feel it in my front pocket and if I wear my PJs it will pull the pocket down even. Due to that weight it will also pull the suction cup mount off the windshield of the car more often than not so I had to switch to a cup-holder style that's more secure. It is curious why Samsung didn't let it wireless charge their own Galaxy Watch Ultra (when I try the watch says it's "not compatible" when I thought it is just Qi charging?) That's a real shame; not huge as the watch lasts a couple days as it is, but would have been a nice-to-have given it's all their same flagship stuff from the same time-frame even... I thought I'd miss not having an SD slot (and kind of do in a way) but I went from 256GB to 512GB internal now. Similarly I used to have the ol' Bixby button on the S10 commandeered to launch Home Assistant. I thought I'd miss that, but literally last night I discovered that the "RegiStar" plugin to Samsung's "Good Lock" (yeah dumb name) has the ability to assign all kinds of things to all kinds of other things. So now my main power button long-press launches Home Assistant. BOOM! Overall "no ragrets" and almost wish I'd done it sooner. Review: Connectivity & battery life - I have owned this phone for 3 months now & I haven’t got any issues with it . The battery life was/is in. Great shape and lasts longer ,connectivity is great with Bluetooth, hotspot,WiFi,xender ,my TV and a lot more. Its easy to use ,screen was in great shape just slide mark barely visible, the Epen works good too not forgetting the camera I love it .

Not Factory Unlocked – Locked to AT&T, Bricked After Seller Error, No Resolution
I purchased this Galaxy S23 Ultra from Big Box LLC on June 17, 2025, based on the listing clearly stating the device was “Factory Unlocked.” That turned out to be false. 📅 Timeline of What Happened: June 17 – Order placed and shipped same day. June 18 – Inserted SIM and discovered the phone was locked to AT&T. June 19–20 – AT&T confirmed the device was under an unpaid installment plan and ineligible for unlocking. The seller provided an incorrect unlock code, which they later admitted was missing a digit. After multiple failed attempts, the device became MCK locked — a high-level lock that makes the phone completely unusable. I spent over a week trying to get a valid unlock or MCK code from the seller. They kept stalling. June 28 – Seller admitted they couldn’t obtain the MCK code and instructed me to return the phone. ⚠️ Why This Matters: A factory unlocked phone should never require an unlock code — and certainly not end up MCK locked. I made 8 trips between T-Mobile and AT&T trying to resolve this. I lost 15+ hours of professional time, and the phone was bricked because of the seller’s incorrect information. After all of this, the only resolution was to return the phone — which I did under protest, with the entire incident documented. I’m grateful that Amazon support has been helpful and professional, but buyers should be extremely cautious with this seller. A device tied to a financing plan should never be sold as “factory unlocked.” If your time and peace of mind are valuable, look elsewhere.

Great buy.
Excellent. Great quality and packaging. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I love the size as it is neither too small nor too big. It looks good.

Phone not fully Unlocked. AT&T bloatware still on it
The phone works as a S23 ultra should, screen works as it should, speakers, microphone, signal doesnt Drop and battery life is decent. The reason for 4 stars is because even though the phone is factory unlocked it has alot of AT&T bloatware on it. Whenever the phone is starting and powering off AT&T bloatware is there. Ive had to disable AT&T apps because I live outside the US where that network isnt available. So I fully expected a fully unlocked phone and not one from AT&T. The phone still works with my carrier but it would be awesome to be fully unlocked.

Great phone and seller
Good phone. Good quality overall. Just couple scratches near the charging port. Other than that phone is great. Came in early despite Black Friday rush. Seller is A1 in my book.

Good, not Excellent
This is not my idea of excellent condition. At best, it is good. (1) The screen has some kind of a mark on the left upper side. Not exactly a scratch, but like a chemical burn. I am happy that putting on a screen protector now makes it indistinguishable. (2) there are visible signs of glue at the back of the phone around the camera lenses. (3) Bottom left edge of the phone shows signs that it was impacted (most likely it fell). (4) Left side bezel, not well fitted, a ridge can be detected when you run your hands over it. Having said all of that, the phone seems very much to be in good working condition, no issues there.
