Strong, easy to install anchors
I found nothing to dislike about this product. You have to make sure you install it correctly by allowing spare space in behind to allow for fitting properly. About half an inch or about 13mm extra is needed but no instructions are included. The product size listed is not the fitting size. I purchased an M8 anchor which needed a 14 mm drill bit to fit. If you are fitting an M8 anchor it is wise to use a 13mm drill bit if possible first and see if it can fit as often there is some crumbling depending on the surface being fitted to. Clean the dust out of the hole with a small paint brush or whatever else. You want a tight fit to make it strong. I put some indoors into plaster with thermal blocks behind. 13mm was only needed for that due to some crumbling. Outside on brick I used 13mm first but still too tight to insert so I had to use a 14mm bit. You have to tap in gently - do not force if it will not go in with light taps with a hammer as you may damage the spring fitted to the anchor. One went in perfectly but the other was not such a tight fit but ok. Results of fitting seem somewhat variable. They tighten nicely to a strong anchor. There is no need to overtighten. I use these as safety lanyard anchor points for a safety harness such as being safe sitting on an upstairs window sill and leaning out somewhat to clean soffits etc.

good quality material and fit for the price
I bought these because I have to clear the Ivy etc from the barge boards around a large three storey country house. I normally have to do this off a three stage extension ladder except on the odd occasion when my employer feels flush enough to hire a cherry picker. Working at the back of the house means placing the ladder on a stone terrace(slippery when wet) I've been using a length of fence railing with 6 inch nails hammered into the paving crack as a ladder stop. not good. solution, 12 of these inserted at equal distance low down in the wall means I can tie my ladder off with no fear of slipping( yes I know it breaks health and safety at work rules but it's my job) They provide a very secure anchorage and give me peace of mind and less shaky legs when I'm twenty feet up

Strong, good quality pack of ten
These are great come as a pack of ten and feel good quality. The only point I would make is I used a 12mm masonry bit instead of the 14mm directed on the pack as gave a much better fit.If installed well these are not going anywhere.
