Very good power supply. Lasts all evening for whole groups gig.

Was dead on arrival unfortunately and had to send a video to the seller which took too much time to resolve. Perhaps the BMS had a problem. This particular model would have been great as it had 2x power outlets but no USB-C. Also stay away from Lithium Ion batteries when there are safer LiPo batteries available

The pack works but doesn't have the output that was advertised nor the lifespan, that said it does work for things like laptops and phones, via the wall socket, the usb output can be variable, but I still use it. If you need something that works then it's good but not if you have it for things that would need something reliable.

Got this as a present for camping tested it out and on the second charge the charger broke. Display not showing correct charge dc outlet not working and will not take any charge. I have multiple chargers and none work. Refund in order update got it charging agen but dc outlet overheating excessively to the point it carnt be used. Would not run a 100w kettle

This device is not much useful as it should, fan make huge noises while charging, and it will be dead when battery comes down to 50%
