The photo shows a full sticky back peel which is why I purchased this product over others.Come to find out they send you numerous sheets of little sticky squares where you need to pull both sides off the sticky square that get everywhere and are clear. You stick it to the foam and hope the little squares stay on your wall & door which mine did not very well.Product is also much thinner in person than is shown in the description photos.

First thing you should know is they come compressed and suggest opening and waiting 48 hours before it springs back to normal size. There is also a speedy shortcut of wetting the foam. The wet process was a joke and destroyed the one test tile I tried. After waiting 48 hours (see my photo) none of the tiles have expanded at all- not even slightly! A complete waste of time and money.Edit: It's now been 2 1/2 weeks and there has been absolutely no more expansion of the foam even though they've been laying out on top of a table in an open room. Garbage!

This foam was a quarter of the thickness advertised. Not cool.

These are deceptively advertised. They aren't even close to an inch thick, and I doubt they do anything to dampen noise.If I could give half a star, it wouldn't even deserve that.

These are the egg crate wavy gravy style. A little thin, but okay density. Was tough to remove the backing.
