Prestige PDIC 3.0 Double Induction Cooktop(3200W, Black, 2 Burner Induction Stove)

Excellent performer even after 6 months of purchase.

The product is very good in terms of its functionality. The size of the induction is pike a gas stove, seemingly taking a bit less space and keeps the kitchen looking neat. The heating of the product is decent, one is 2100 watts and the other 1200 watts. The larger one is quite useful in terms of quick cooking and the small one is efficient in keeping the food warm.Things took a rough road when the large induction stoped functioning properly, in around 7 months, it started showing error EA, which is not mentioned in the product manual nor the service technician had knowledge of it. Things got more complicated when the call center started refusing service on the face. They delayed the service upto a point one can loose patience.Overall, if luck favours your part, this is an excellent product to watch out for cooking needs, with efficient power consumption.

The mother board had failed within few months which was very frustrating but the customer service in Hyderabad was quite good, they fixed it within a week without causing me much hassle.

I would have given zero starts if I could. 20 mins after unpacking this is the state of the product.It did not hit any thing. Was just trying to set it up. The glass top shattered. Poor product. Will not recommend any one to buy. I have been using a toughened glass top LPG stove for years. This is truly crap.

One side arrived cracked but we can still use it normally. Its been almost a year now. It is fine and excellent

works very well , all controls are easy to use .easy to clean any spills.Looks good on any counter topwent for induction due to safety from hazards .this product suits my needs.
