Honestly wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this thing, but wow - it's a blast! I'm a pretty big guy and was worried it might not have enough power, but this little machine had no problem pulling me around the pool. Gets up to a good speed too, definitely faster than I can swim lol. My son basically claimed it as his own after the first day, which I guess is a good sign? He's been having a blast with it and I have to practically drag him out of the water now. The battery seems to last a decent amount of time too - we've been able to get a good session in before needing to charge it back up. Build quality seems solid, no issues so far. Easy enough to figure out without reading the manual (though probably should have anyway). Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something fun to add to pool time. Worth the money for sure - keeps the kids entertained and gives us adults something fun to mess around with too.

It’s lightweight and portable, perfect for travel, and even holds up to 265 lbs, (we know from personal experience 😭)...so everyone can join in on the fun. Beyond entertainment, it feels surprisingly capable for rescue situations too. I was foolish enough to buy this twice. When it works it worked fairly okay. As a floatation device it works well but you can achieve this by buying an inexpensive body board or similar. As a $200+ scooter, it is very moody and explosive!!! It would sometimes shut off after less than 2 minutes of use. Sometimes just randomly. I use it at the beach/in the sea; so it is very frustrating when this happens. It would sometimes stop working and would need me to unclip battery and reinsert and then it would re-start working. When it worked it was fun to move around with. It had enough power for a teenager as well as an adult as well. Diving was also quite easy and fun when it worked but it would stall every now and then and then I would have to swim back up. After 11 months of use, the battery imploded in my relative's hand just as we were going back home. It was fortunate no one was around; and it was pointing downwards; but the battery cover blew off wildly and hit the ground. IF it were facing someone they would have been personal injuries and potential visits to the emergency center. We brought it home as we weren't sure what to do at the time. There was an intense and increasing smell of chemicals burning and the battery felt somewhat heated. I tried briefly to remove the battery but with the top off there was no grip and there were burnt marks and the strong smell. It was a national holiday and we spent nearly two hours trying to confirm a suitable and proper way to dispose all the while having the smell grow stronger and stronger. It was horrifying. I would not recommend until they fix the quality control and battery issues. The risk of an exploding battery is more than enough to stay away from this product!!!

It works great! added so much more fun at the pool! First, solid quality is solid but there are no sharp edges. The foam material is soft, and operation is pretty easy and simple, my son was able to pick it up right away and use it in the pool.

Bought this for my child’s 10th birthday. Was worried about him being too big for it but it works great. He’s so happy with it and all the kids have a ball riding it. Only downfall is the battery life. Lasts about 30-40 minutes on a full charge. Would love to purchase a second battery but those are basically the cost of buying another board. But it’s a fun 30 mins while it lasts!

It’s a lot slower than what we expected, and their return policy is OUTRAGEOUS!! DO NOT BUY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! UPDATE: Still trying to navigate through their TERRIBLE return policy fine print. Basically if you open the box, you’re screwed. If you try it out, which of course you’re going to do right away, then there’s NO WAY they will accept any kind of return or issue any refund!!

Received the product a week ago. First pool session was amazing! However second and 3rd try the device dies after 2 mins. We charged all night and made sure had 4 green lights at start but as soon as you stop the device it never turns on. Batteryhousing should have a rubber seal as water goes inside and shuts down the machine....
