Don't buy this cookbook. There are others available that have the same information. Don't be fooled by the color photos of delicious looking food on the cover of the book. ALL of the photos inside are in black and white, and there are not very many of those. The text is printed on very cheap paper, almost as cheap as newsprint. The printing is sloppy. Ink is smeared on the pages in the back half of the book that I received. I was very disappointed. If this book had cost $2.99 new, the I would keep it. However, for the price I paid, it should be of better quality. It's going back to Amazon.

If you have a Big Green Egg, I can definitely recommend this cookbook. Has a TON of great recipes across a spectrum of categories. My dad and my best friend both have a Big Green Egg and love to use it for entertaining. This cookbook has now opened up a world of additional recipes for them to try.Since pizzas are one of our favorite things to make on the Green Egg, we're really excited about some of the pizza recipes AND a Smore's dessert pizza recipe that's in this book. Yum!All in all, totally worth the investment. Again, the assortment of different types of recipes is great, and I'm sure you'll find multiple things you'll want to try out. I know we did!

This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed a product on Amazon but as there was only 2 reviews I wanted to leave one to give this book the praise that it deserves. Having recently bought a Big Green Egg I was looking for a basic cookbook to help me with the simple stuff, cooking a streak, ribs, pulled pork for example. After buying and returning the ‘official’ cookbooks this was PERFECT. There is a simple, easy to follow recipe for every single cut of meat you could want, burgers, fish & seafood, dry rubs, marinades, sauces, etc... If, like me, you are a beginner to barbecuing and especially a beginner to the Big Green Egg, this book is exactly what you need.

This Book is a manual and is certainly a must for anyone new to The Big Green Egg style of cooking. Everything from lighting the Egg , guidance for internal meat temperatures to ensure safe cooking of meat to care of the Egg and an extensive range of easy to follow recipes. Brilliant.

Fabulous book, although would be nice if in colour. I’ve found it very helpful for cooking on my Kamado Jo.

This book gave us some inspiration when we first acquired our Kamado barbecue. With so many recipes, I'm sure it'll keep us going for a few years!

Well written and useful. Only slight criticism is the use of Fahrenheit. And a list of recommended cooking times would be helpful
