I WAS VERY ANNOYED BY THE PRICE FOR THIS PRODUCT, RELUCTANT TO BOTHER .... however, after trying some other brands that weren't even psyllium husk and flavorless, I could not stomach them. As soon as you open this, it has a delightful smell of freshly ground cinnamon. I placed a heaping teaspoon of this into a mason jar glass, 12 oz and shook it with a lid on for a bit. Came out perfectly smooth for me to drink, in fact, this was easier than using a spoon as it dissolved more quickly. I do find the price a bit high for the small jar 56 servings it says but honestly, the taste makes it all worth while. I can drink this without wanting to vomit. The taste is great - slightly sweet from the cinnamon and it's frankly, pretty delicious actually. It does get a bit thick but nothing like you would expect. It's perfectly drinkable and doesn't' bother me at all. Be sure to rinse your glass when you are done or it will stick

Mixes easily with my cold brew coffee and tastes great. I didn’t drink my coffee super fast and it didn’t thicken up as I have heard warnings about. I had plenty of time to sip my cold brew and felt no need to chug it down. Tasty cinnamon flavor is a nice addition. Dissolves easily and only one teaspoon per serving makes this a good value for me. I had been taking a wheat based fiber additive (that started to give me GI issues) and was advised that I needed to switch to a psyllium husk fiber for better health benefits. Really won’t know how well it’s working for a few weeks or so and will update then. I was so happy to find a psyllium husk fiber that wasn’t that artificially sweet orange stuff - as I had tried that before and just couldn’t take the taste of it. I also tried taking it as the capsules, but they’re big and you need 5/day. Note: the canister does come with a lid so it can be resealed (past reviews have said it didn’t come with a lid but it does now).. And while the canister you will receive looks smaller than the pix - you only need one teaspoon per serving. So depending on if you use it once or twice a day the 56 servings are going to be either 28 or 56 days worth of product.

I’ve tried many psyllium products over the years but this is by far my favorite! Tastes great and is effective keeping my digestive system functioning properly!

Smaller than anticipated, this canister is only about 6-7 inches tall. Also the container is wack. It has an aluminum pull-top like a tuna can, and doesn't come with another lid of any kind, so I currently have a piece of tinfoil and a rubber band to cover it. Pro's - it does seem to work for constipation however it took about 4 days, the taste is good, and it disolves pretty well in cold water. Hot water not so much, forget about putting it in coffee it turns into a giant glob.

I’ve adjusted to diarrhea off and on pretty much all my life. Now that I’m older, it isn’t off and on, it’s always. And this in spite of maintaining a diet rich in legumes and grains. For years I drank Metamucil, detesting its aggressive orange flavor and sweetness (the sugar free version was just as cloying). About a year ago I saw this psyllium fiber alternative and gave it a try. 1- the flavor is mild and pleasant 2- it dissolves perfectly in very cold water 3- it is completely free of sweetener but of course you can add your own 4- THE most important thing: it does the job!
