Excellent product. I felt a difference after using them. Also, the price point! Many other products are exorbitant. I like that they are third party tested. I've tried others but I feel these are superior. I recommend!

As someone who is always looking to improve my heart health, I was interested in this CoQ10 supplement because of its liposomal delivery system, which promises better and more efficient absorption. I got this because I have had this company on my radar lately because they keep coming up with supplement solutions to maximize performance. This Liposomal CO-Q10 and Vitamin E is a perfect example. So there are two main and similar benefits with Co-Q10 and Vitamin E. The first being energy ! Simply said You can't make energy without them. There is no argument on that fact. CO-q10 in the mitochondria specifically in the Krebb's cycle (aka citric acid cycle) transports electrons (dropped off from NADH) to complex 1 and then to complex 2 and finally to complex 3 where two energy units (ATP/ Adenosine Triphosphate) are produced. So no transporting those electrons means no energy possible. And vitamin E maintains the structure and function of this entire process. As we get older our C0-Q10 goes down so supplementing is a great way (may) to get back that lost energy. Now here is the problem. They both are not water soluble. They require fat ( so take after a meal). And even then we need the sun and the moon and the stars to align ( right kind, quantity fat, temperature, metabolic rate, and functionality of gut microbiome) to get this past the stomach acid and have a meaningful absorption rate. Solution Liposomal. This protects with a casing or cover of some type to get it past the danger zone so more (may ) is absorbed and used. Benefit # 2. Great Antioxidant. The vitamin E isomers can spread out and attack in different ways and different forms the bad things (oxidized radicals). Co Q-10 is super healthy ( may) for the heart and wow what great skin. And in gums with gingivitis and periodontitis there was improvement in just three weeks in one study(may). So this IMO is a great way to get back some of that energy and really enhance that immune system (may). We have it liposomal to give us faith it got absorbed (still take with food) and we have a good dosage amount. I like 200mgs so I will need only two of these caps. If you take statins you may need more as they decrease coQ-10 in the blood (may). These are easy to take and I had no sides. Awesome product and all 5 stars ! Hope this was helpful !

Liposomal coq10 is a difficult substance for the body to absorb and it requires cofactors that help with the process. So when CoQ10 is taken the body may be absorbing a negligible amount so it may not really be helping out as it should be. Enter liposomal coq10 which is already partially processed. It is very easy for the body to absorb so the likelihood that this product actually does what it is supposed to is increased significantly. For this reason this product is both superior to regular coq 10 and a lower dose is likely good enough because there is not as much waste. This product comes well sealed and is processed in a cGMP facility. I found no claims of third party testing. The expiration date is 34 months from today. This looks like an excellent product and the price is good. The dose of one pill is easy to swallow. This looks like a great way to go to get your CoQ10!
