When it comes to quinine, taste can be an issue. Some like the taste mellow while others like it to have a bit of a kick. This brand has a mellow taste. The serving size, 30 drops is just right. Some like to mix the quinine in a cough syrup cup serving with a lemon drink like Sprite. It goes down very easily and tastes good. With two tablespoons of a sugar substitute with club soda and a serving size of 30 drops mixed in 8 ounces with 8 ounces of plain ice it tastes mellow as well. Just a nice product at a good price.
