It works really well on my blu ray UHD player also does a sound check on all your speakers settings too.

For some unknown reason our Samsung blu-ray player decided to stop loading/playing blu-ray discs, although it would play standard DVD's. Wanted to finish off some box sets but it wouldn't play, I even bought a brand new bluray film and that wouldn't play. So other than thinking the player had given up the ghost I took a punt on this, so pleased I did as now it plays perfectly. But the instructions are pretty rubbish other than telling you what position to put the disc in, so persevere with it and eventually it plays some video after its been sorted. It didn't say anything about this just a list of the components to be cleaned, anyway it now works a treat.

Poor product, it’s not working and they could have invested more in instructions and explanations

This has cleaned my dvd head as I was having problems with play back and recording.done the job easily.

Dose the job for tray discs players but says not suitable for slots, ps5 xbox ect.

Didn't do what it said on the instruction sheet. The disc was supposed to do the clean and automatically stop itself. I sat for 40 minutes waiting and nothing happened apart from going off every few minutes and coming back on again, also supposed to play music while it cleaned but they must have gone for a break. It would appear to have cleaned something because a dvd that wouldn't play does now!

Had zero expectations of this working.However, it revived a 12 yo blu-ray player which was no longer reading any discs.It took a couple of attempts to recognize the cleaning disc. After then running it four of five times it now plays discs as it used to.Very pleasantly surprised.

Brilliant disc for cleaning the laser eye put it in loaded straight away and easy enough no problems worth paying that bit extra for a bluray disc cleaner
