Fit perfectly
Easy to install! Take old parts put place new parts! PAY ATTENTION TO THE INSTRUCTIONS. They tell you what gaskets and washers are needed and where depending on the type of pump you have. This kit made my pump go from eh to heck yes. Will be ordering again when needed.

NOT for older 5200series piston hand pumps that have ONLY the plastic ring on the piston.
If you have an older 5200 series piston hand pump... and it only has the plastic rings on the pistion (no rubber o-rings), and you are trying to rebuild for better suction.... this kit will not work for you. The older design made zero sense as JUST the plastic piston rings made NO seal whatsoever in the piston to cylinder. Just toss the older pump/design. This kit WILL work for the newer engineered piston pump that uses BOTH the rubber orings AND the plastic piston ring. The problem with the older version of the 5200 series piston hand pump is that it only uses JUST the plastic piston rings without any rubber oring. If you try to install the rubber orings and the plastic piston rings you will never be able to reinstall the piston into the cylinder. The older version of the 5200 series piston hand pumps were designed to use only the plastic piston rings, and never really created a seal between the piston and the cylinder. Bad design. The newer versions use both the plastic piston rings and the rubber orings for a better seal/design. What they did was machine the grooves on the pistons deeper on the newer deisgn, to accomodate BOTH the plastic piston rings AND the rubber orings. Bottom line is if you have an older version of the 5200 series piston hand pump, and you want to rebuild it...... forget about it. You will need to purchase a newer version pump (better design). This kit will be a complete waste of money to try to rebuild the older version pumps.

Doesn't fit all 5200 series pumps
The kit came with plastic rings to replace the metal ones and no cover gasket even know it shows one on the box.I am not sure what the deal is but this kit is not a match for my 5200 pump even know the manufacture list this kit number for my pump. Not the sellers fault at all.........
