First off, consider what delivery options you have before purchase. If you have a means to get it off the delivery truck with a forklift, tractor with forks attached, or another means to get it off the truck, you will be good. The delivery truck does not have the ability to put it on a liftgate and lower it due to the sheer length of it. I did not have these means, but the company contacted me directly and unbeknownst to me, i had a drop off area at a warehouse a mile away from my house. I went to the warehouse and signed for it and with some ingenuity, managed to get them to put it on my trailer to get it home. Like I said, the company will be in contact with you to set this up so it made it very easy. Once I got home, I had to unbolt the bracketing that held it all together and piece by piece managed to get it into my shop. I don’t have a huge shop but had already done a lot of research on how I was going to place it. This unit has the wiring and hydraulic cables going to the top and not on the bottom so it makes this lift around 3 feet higher than a normal lift with the hydraulics and electrical at the bottom. This is exactly what I wanted since when not in use, I did have a large speed bump in the middle of my shop I had to deal with. That being said, take in some consideration the height you will need. I got very lucky that my giant shop fan had 3 inches of clearance once installed. I had a friend help me pull one of the arms into the shop and raise it into the spot, but actually managed the second day to lift the other arm in place alone much to the dismay of my spouse and my body, but I did it. Other reviews I’ve seen talk about the lack of clear instructions in the manual and I have to agree, but most people who are going to own a lift are probably smart enough to figure out how it all goes together and there’s always the Internet and YouTube. I would say the only part that isn’t described really at all except for a unclear schematic diagram was for the cut off switch for the top bar in case you put something too high, so it cuts off the lift. At this time, I have decided not to actually install it since none of my vehicles will hit it at full extension. First thing I put on was a trailer since it was the lightest thing I had and it worked perfectly well. It also gave me a chance to make sure that the safety locks were adjusted so that they click at the same time so that you are not tilted one way once you lower onto the locks. This is an easy process with the double nut system that’s easily accessible near the hydraulic arm. All in all I was up and running in two days after receiving the lift. My brother-in-law who owns a lift and does a lot of car work and welding came over and was jealous on how well the welds were how thick the metal is for the price. He paid more than I did for product not as good as what I got. The only disappointment I had was I wanted the 220 but was notified that didn’t have any more so I settled for the 110 even though both were the same price. It did actually save me having to wire for 220 and according to my BiL, it’s not much slower than his is. If I had to purchase another lift, I would definitely go with this one again. Please ensure you have at least 4 inches of concrete under your post before installation. I considered cutting out a 4‘ x 4‘ section of my floor to pour 6 inches under them because I was barely at 4 inches but having that stout upper bar takes a lot of the stress off of the lower bolts, so I feel as safe as you can feel being under 2 tons or more of a vehicle. So if you’re doing the research and come across this review, I do highly recommend this one.

For the Price this is a great 2 Post Lift. Mine had a Cylinder that was spitting out Hydraulic Fluid from the Seal. It took a while to get the new Cylinder but Support was very helpful with troubleshooting. It did take about 2 months to get my replacement cylinder. I installed it myself & it wasn't too difficult, you'll need Snap-Ring Pliers. Unit is not slow & does not spit out extra fluid like some other Reviews said. It is slow to come down if you have no weight on it, but I just sat on it & then stood once it got lower. Picked up my Project car which is super low & this barely makes it under the 348. Had to re snug the Lag Bolts after 1st lifting. But subsequent raising & lowering there was no movement.

We’ve had this lift for about a month now. It works great. No complaints. My husband is a mechanic and this one is comparable to even the more expensive ones. And comes with more than other lifts. The only thing was delivery. It was shipped in a semi truck. And you have to be able to unload it yourself. But the shippers call you and communicate very well

This was great! From the communication about shipping (you have to unload this and it is EXTREMELY heavy and big, Duh). Well made. Great shipping time. Great price! Great communication! If I ever need another lift, I will definitely buy this again!
