Yes but extremely difficult to reassemble, I do not advise it.

Most definitely, in my opinion. I bought them for my 1 and 3 year old. My 1 year old chews and it's very durable.

It is not insulated, could probably fill with water up to 120F but it will not stay hot for long, or is designed for cold beverages.
