I find this device to be excellent for managing the security of your house.. It can be easily deployed without any wiring and the chime unit works very well even when it is located on another floor inside the house. I have this unit operating outside my house and even with lower wifi range it is working well. The most fascinating thing is the outdoor unit can open door locks remotely.. I have 2 suggestions to make this product even better: 1. The application interface should be made simpler and should allow users to configure what the options on the screen when door bell rings on the mobile phone (due to this complexity my family is not comfortable using the interface). 2. The Relay remains active for a very long duration to unlock the door.. I suspect this can burn out the door lock relay soon. Edit: The Video stopped working after a month. Raised a Ticket - waited for 3 weeks and no one bothered to respond from Support. While it worked somewhat for a month - but now it is a block without Video.. Real waste of money. No support, raised support tickets twice but no one cares to respond.. My take is to select companies which care about their customers, seems the Movie actors who own this brand GM, care least about supporting the faulty products they sell..

I purchased a GM doorbell approximately one year and three months ago. Initially, the sound quality of the bell was satisfactory. However, after a while, it began to malfunction continuously. The bell would intermittently go offline without any apparent electrical issues. This pattern persisted for several days until the bell completely ceased to function. In response to this problem, I contacted customer service, and a repair technician visited my home to inspect the bell. After the repair, customer service informed me that the motherboard of the bell was faulty, rendering it unusable. This revelation left me with the understanding that the bell’s lifespan was only approximately one and a half years, resulting in a significant financial loss.

Quality of product is so good, easily installation, sound quality is so clear, This device support 2.4 GHz Wifi only. Adjust wifi signal near the doorbell’s location. Picture quality is too good. Smart features : wireless operation, smart AI human detection, Vandal proof. Perfect for home and offices .

Product is good but after some time 1) its human body detector is not work properly 2)after select continue recording only recording selective part 3)vision converted into blue tone 4)camera quality is also not upto mark

The configuration between bell and camera was a challenge initially, later fixed. Got a damaged piece on bell but Amazon exchange it timely.. canara losses connection to wifi and reconfigures after few occasions.. I've connected through adaptor, the rest thro usb and battery is waste and costly to and has hassle of charging batteries. Quality is good so far... Motion detector is sharp.. Problem is you can't change the tone of phone notification . Only bell sounds can be changed

Bell does not ring 70% of the time... The camera goes to sleep mode at night and does not wake up easily...
