Have been taking this consistently for a while now and definitely feel that it helps with muscle recovery and even helps with sleep . I take it before I go to to bed.

Good quality, keep in mind this is a type of mag that is super absorbable and potent so may want to try it initially in the morning when you're off work. I wondered if it was slightly too stimulating for me for immediate bedtime use. Probably evening is a safer option if prone to over stimulation by supplements or maybe try half a dose for a while.

Highly recommend purchasing the magnesium supplements. When taking I had better focus felt less groggy in the morning waking up. They give me energy for the day. The only downside is they’re pricey.

Hands down best form of magnesium i’ve tried. Can 100% see why this absorbs the best. Take daily. Worth it imo over glycinate and citrate. L-threonate is good too, but I find myself visiting this more frequently.
