AET CPCSFSBL 13 A Classical Chrome Polished Switched Fused Spur with Black Insert Plastic Rocker Switch

It started with me changing 1 light switch in the house ... and then suddenly I was walking around the house looking at all the switches and changing half of them. Why did I do that you ask? Well, the first switch passed met my 2 key benchmarks of (1) appearance and (2) functionality Also: (1) Most importantly the on/off actions are easy and smooth - it is a joy to turn the switch on and off. It's not a snap (as you find in cheaper switches), .. it's more of a shock-absorbed smooth action. The first couple of days I was happily switching on and off lights that didn't need to be! (2) The chrome is smooth and highly polished. Of course the downside of this is that you have to not leave any screwdriver marks on the finished surface. With something this beautiful, a little care and attention is easy to supply. On my first installation, I mistakenly used my old wall screws , and then when I realised my mistake, had to remove them and repeat the process again - all with no scratches, thank goodness. (3) The black inlay, gives these switches (in my opinion) a really classy look, and you would imagine that the price tag would be much higher. (4) The electrical connectors (if you feel qualified electrically to do the fitting yourself, as I chose to do), was straightforward. Nothing difficult or unusual to report here All the other subsequent units that I have bought (and many in different styles) was based upon my having been so impressed with this unit.

Really pleased with these. They've got a nice weight to them and are good quality. Cheaper than the usual DIY shops too. Look great in the kitchen.

Easy to install, online videos helped but I fitted it without any problems, Finishes off my living room nicely as only done half in chrome sockets as some white plastic were hidden till recent rearrangement of furniture that showed them so now everything chrome and looks amazing.

Great for the price

What a piece of rubbish. Looks fine and works fine once installed ... but ... the connectors are appalling quality - if fitting with limited space to work in, expect it to be insanely difficult to connect wiring.
