Jar came filled to the brim with Iron filings. Almost uniform grading. Serves well for magnetic field demonstrations. Jar provided is of the type we get for spices — it has a small hole and round sliding cover, so that only the required quantity of product may be dusted out, as required. Satisfied with the purchase.

Received iron pieces, some even as long as 5 mm fine wire pieces . Can not be used to mark magnetic fields.

It is iron alright but poorly packed in a plastic bag with half of it spilled out. Bad way to send a product.
