It sticks most days if it gets humid just don't wear it. Put it on an hour or so AFTER you go to the gym and shower up or it will just come off. I am just not sure if it is working or not. I don't feel better OR worse. I also use multi-vitamins and NMN products. thank you!

I started using it about a week ago ! As soon I put on my son’s back it fells down ! The quality is poor and so far I don’t see any change !
