Is there a way to open the lock manually from the inside? (if not, please could you suggest how?)

as the strike lock should work with knob lock or mechnical lock, please choose knob lock or mechnical lock could opened inside manually. thanks.

Will it work with an outward opening door?

It will. However the front side (as seen on the photo) will be visible from the outside.

Will this open if i attach positive and negative or do i need a control board

Just supply 12v/24v. I have a power supply connected to a smart plug and can control the lock with app on phone or Alexa etc.

What is the distance between the screws attaching the mechanism to the front plate please?
