Velcro(r) Brand Fasteners Sticky Back for Fabrics: No Sewing Needed - 24-inch X 3/4-inch Tape - White

I have used this product to provide an alternative to a broken zip on a winter coat. The coat has pop fasteners as well but, they would not hold reliably and the coat was drafty without the zip working. So I applied the velcro hook tape between the pop fasteners on the inside of the flap overlapping the zip and the loop tape immediately adjacent to the zip. I took care to place the tapes such that they were directly opposite for maximum effect (the tape is very sticky and would be very hard to remove.) The coat can now be securely and snuggly done up. This product has saved a perfectly good coat from the recycle bin. The repair used all the tape provided.

This product is really good - stuck to material that other adhesive Velcro failed to do. Would have given it five stars but the packaging was just vile! A mixture of unrecyclable plastic and plasticised cardboard that you had to cut to get open and all to go to land fill.

Sticks quite well, but does come off with a moderate amount of force.

Wanted this to stick to a works coat. Certainly does the job and it gets washed on a high temp every week with no problem.

Very handy and easy to use,just wish it was a little bit longer.

Was satisfied in that I bought it to stick a black out blind to the window frame to stop light getting through. One of the pieces I stuck on wants to keep coming off but not completely. It does the job well enough. Have loads left which I will use to stick black out curtain edges to the window frame for same purpose.

Absolutely pointless. Easy to apply but came straight off in first wash. Don't waste your money!

Bought the product with the intention to put on patches on my bag. Product looks good out of the box, and was easy to install on my messenger bag. After one day of “curing” as instructed (i left a heavy book on top of the velcro to press it down for a day), I noticed that the edges of the velcro were not holding well and were starting to peel off my bag. Manually pressed it down but it started coming off again in a few hours. Decided to return the product.

I used this for a clothing DIY project, worked well. The adhesive could be a bit stronger but overall its good.
