Updated Review: As others have stated I have contacted Dockem and they got back to me working 12 hours. On top of this they didn’t ask for any type of or further details. They replied by saying they had already sent me a new one and they apologize for the issue. That is quick, and well done customer service. The new one has arrived and everything works great. Appears it might have been a defect. The short version is now that my case is 100% I can say it’s still well made, feels like quality and has a nice minimal design. Card holders are solid as well. With this unit I have no trouble recommending this case. Thank you for great customer service and a solid product.Prior Review: I purchased this case as it had a good look to it and seemed to have the design I was looking for with the dual card slot. The case arrived in good condition but somehow the buttons are misaligned. Not by a little. There are no cutout either so the case will randomly react when you are holding it. Watching a video, lock screen. Trying to listen to music. Random volume up or down. It’s unusable and pretty unacceptable for a phone case. Look for other options.

This phone cover is great, sleek, and has a texture that keeps it from sliding out of your pocket. I highly recommend.

This case is very nice, and I bought it primarily because of the material it’s made of (leather) and because of the card holder slots. It can hold 2 cards, however you can fit at most 3 (2 in the top slot, 1 in the bottom) if you absolutely need to carry that one extra card. Cards are easy to remove from the holder, without too much hassle. The holder is also very tight, ensuring that your cards will not fall out. The only thing I would recommend is that the price be lowered a little bit, but other than that, definitely a nice case!

When I first put my credit card and license into the holders, they were really tight, and I was concerned about breaking or bending the cards getting them out, but they have loosened up just enough. I am able to store a credit card with an RFID protective sleeve and my driver's license comfortably into the holder. Nice, simple, clean design.

Love the grippy texture of the case and the colors. Fits my phone well, is slim while still having the credit card slots. It does not lay perfectly flat on a surface because of the slots raising up the back of the case however which can be annoying. The corner edges have worn down after using the case now for 2 months so its not the most durable but a good value for the cost.

This is my third "wallet case" for an iPhone, so I have some experience with other brands. This is by far the nicest looking wallet case I've had, and so far after rough use it's held up well too. But this case definitely puts form over function; for me, that's OK. Here's what I mean...- You can only hold 2, maybe 4 cards maximum. That's not much. I currently hold three - my driver's license, a debit card, and a credit card. I could probably go 4 total, but any more would be a stretch.- This does not over a ton of protection to the phone - don't drop it. It doesn't really protect the bottom of the phone, which is both good and bad. Bad for the obvious reasons (I've dropped my phone and the bottom is scratched up), and good because it's easy to plug/un-plug the charging cable. And as for the screen - there's minimal protection there too. You'll have to be more careful with this one.Overall, I don't mind the lack or protection. I prefer the slim form or a bulky, protective case. And the two-tone color of grey and black, along with the textured material, gives this case a really nice look. I'd buy this one again.

It’s a very clever case. I use it to expedite my TSA clearance at airports. By putting my ID in one of the slots, it allows me to go ahead and stow my wallet in my backpack. I like the design, even if is a bit bulky. While on the road, it does a great job of holding my company entrance card as well as my hotel keycard. I’ve always got my phone on me, so it makes sense.The bad part is durability. In the future, I think I will buy a case with cutouts for the buttons instead of external buttons. I’ve only been using the case for two business trips and the volume down button has disappeared.Pros: works great for travelers. Provides side bump protection and rear protection. Holds two cards with ease. Provides good gripping surface.Cons: Not real fabric; it’s some kind of pressed plastic/nylon or something. Makes the phone kind of bulky. Buttons are flimsy and can get lost easily.Three stars because it’s practical, but not perfect.

I originally purchased the case and when it arrived it did not seem like the buttons on the side of the phone were very responsive so I returned the case. A few weeks later I received a package from DOCKEM with another case and inside was a letter stating that they reviewed my reason for return and that the original case was probably defective and they sent me a replacement to try. I put the new case on the phone and this time the buttons and everything was very responsive. Everything was working the way it should. I waited a few weeks to actually try out the case before writing this review and the case is fantastic. The pockets on the back are very handy when we are going somewhere and I don't want to take my full wallet with me. The case is durable and handles drops well. The texture of the case allows some grip without it being too rough. I'm very glad they decided to send me another case to try because this is by far the best case I have found for this phone in a while. VERY SATISFIED.

Great wallet case with a leather-like material, it’s an amazing product for a really good price. The only thing I’ve noticed is the bottom pocket is getting quite loose with only two cards in it, but other than that I’d very much recommend this product!
