Great purchase
Received one of these as a gift due to not restless night sleep. Best pillow I've had been sleeping all night through undisturbed, it's great total comfort and pillow does what it's designed for. The cooling pillowcase is fantastic certainly feel the difference!

Poor Quality
I took delivery of this item on 13/08 and have used it alternately with the pillowcase supplied with the original pillow. It has been in use for a maximum of 15 nights and been washed 3 times. I was concerned about the poor quality of the zip when it first arrived. Last night (12/09) when I came to change over the pilllowcase the zip burst and is not recoverable. I consider this to be very poor quality and definitely not value for money.
