The good stuff!
Although the description says polyethylene, I believe this is vinyl tubing. It is more flexible, kinks less easily, can turn tighter corners, and holds tighter to fittings than the more rigid PE tubing.Whatever it is, THIS is the kind you want. You don't need to soak it or heat it to make it work, though this will make it temporarily more pliable. This will fit onto standard barbed fittings without any preparation, though. This is a huge time saver, and its elasticity means that it will grab those fittings and won't come loose like the other tubing does.

Flexible
The tubing is flexible and easy to use. We installed umbrella sprinklers on our drip line irrigation. The tubing is gloss black and more flexible than the Rain Bird tubing. Hopefully the tubing will be long lasting

Worked great!
Kit was complete and works well. We set it up with 8-port manifolds instead of using the main line 4-port taps included in the set, which allows for individual control over each nozzle for water pressure balancing. We used almost the entire kit and everything worked great!

good for small gardens
easy to design and implement , drip nozle very handy to vary water application. farthest nozzles on a long run lack pressure ( about 10 nozzles along).

Really Worth the Money (See Note)
This worked really well for me but if you purchase this kit and you're using them outside in 90 degree weather, order a pack or two of these: uxcell Double Wire Spring Hose Clamp, 20pcs 304 Stainless Steel 5.5mm Inner Dia Fit 6.1mm-6.7mm OD Hose Fuel Line Silicone Tube Spring Clips. The tubing doesn't hold to the fittings well when it's hot.

Cheaply constructed—very flimsy
As a irrigation contractor for 30 years ( from BB fields and soccer fields) this was very frustrating to work with. It’s too thin. The drip heads kept blowing off—in other words the nozzles didn’t sit in deep enough or snugly. Go to your local irrigation supply house and get the right stuff. Plus, this was overly priced. I did get a refund within 4 hours. Thank you

Good line, very flexible. Fits in 1/4 push connect fittings and over barbs for drop irrigation.
