This item arrived on time, as promised. It fits easily and securely over my office chair. The controls are easy to use and offer variation between heat, massage, and both. It has several types and intensities of massage to choose from. This is a vibrating massage, not rolling. Each area of the back and seat can be controlled separately, which makes targeting relief very easy. It has a 30-minute automatic timer, which is helpful to alleviate over-stimulation. It's important to take breaks to allow your muscles to relax. Since using this item, I have noticed less pain in my back and seat, an increased quality of sleep, and ease in walking. I highly recommend this item.

I looked at a number of different massaging mats/cushions. Upon receiving it, at first blush I was very pleased with the quality of construction. I didn't know what to expect for sure, but this is a well-put-together piece of equipment. To be clear, while I think this would work amazingly well in a car (and it does come with a car adapter), that is not why I purchased it. I bought this to use on my couch at home, as I suffer from back and leg pain and a good massaging mat is something I've been wanting for a while.This isn't a flimsy mat. It has a pronounced, sturdy, lumbar support for the lower back. The mat is memory foam, and it supports very well. The massage it delivers is very good. It has five different modes (pulsate, tapping, rolling, auto, and kneading). I prefer the rolling feature where it works its way from the top of the cushion, and then it activates progressively downward to the thighs. Then it starts the cycle over again at the top. It is incredibly relaxing.the product also comes with instructions for activating the 2 year warranty. I sent an email and had a response inn less than an hour, which was a pleasant surprise. The only information they required was my order ID# from Amazon.Another reason I like the product is because over time some couches (mine at least) tend to sink in a little bit as time goes on and you repeatedly sit on it. This mat compensates for that and I just feel more supported and comfortable on my couch now. I considered another model of the same brand that includes shiatsu massage. the reason I chose not to go with that particular model is because I intend to leave this cushion on my couch at all times when I'm sitting on it.I think the shiatsu cushion would feel amazing, but the balls embedded in the cushion would be obtrusive and uncomfortable when I just want to sit without using the massage feature. For that reason, I like this model that uses vibrating massage and feels comfortable at all times when I'm sitting - whether I've got it turned on or not. That's a decision each person will need to make for themselves when considering the type of cushion to purchase. It all depends on your intended use.That said, I've been extremely impressed so far with the quality of the product and their responsive customer service when activating my warranty. Not only are they timely, but they are friendly as well. It doesn't feel like a detached, auto-generated email that we all have received at one time or another.This is a great value and I can easily recommend it with 5 stars. I would not change my decision to purchase it one bit. I expect others who make this purchase will be glad they did as well. It exceeds my expectations.

This item came recommended from a friend. The messager works as described and has good pressure but I did find that the sequence of the massage movement to not be smooth. The item is OK for the price but I have used others that I like the sequence of movement much better. I would have been happier with this if there had been a continuous mode where the massage was uninterrupted. It does fit on a variety of different sized chairs which is really nice and the material is very soft. The heat is nice if you are cold natured.

Having previously owned several of these that I wore out I can tell you this is the best one yet. I installed it in my driver's seat as I do plenty of driving and so far excellent product. It was easy to install and fit perfectly in my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I've owned it for several months now and it still feels like new. It is has the right amount of cushion so that you don't feel the massage wheels digging into your skin and provides a good deal of heat and doesn't leave you feeling sore afterwards. I work at a warehouse and can tell you that my breaks are getting a relaxing, healing massage on this chair!

Works good and makes a big difference when you have back pain. Heat function gets pretty hot. My only complaint is that after about 5 months it has started making a squealing sound from the massage motors, so I guess it’s time to replace it. I wouldn’t purposely buy it again.

I ordered this heat/ massager to help with my Fibromyalgia and Degenerative Arthritis and Degenerative Joint Disease. My Grandson got it out and set it in the chair, plugged it up, then all 3 Grands took their turns. When it finally got to be my turn I thought, Why did I wait so long? I love the heated back and seat, it would be nice though if there was a temperature level for these, but not a deal breaker. I also love the massage for the different areas with the vibration intensity level setting. This is just a vibrating massage, not a shiatsu massage. This is nice if you have a specific area bothering you. If you just want the heat, then mash the neck button twice and it cuts the massage part off. You can easily carry this from one room to another or carry on vacation..it’s so easy to use and you will not find a better value.. it come with head straps to attach it to the chair but they didn’t fit my recliner so it didn’t use them. Not a big deal.

I own several Snailax products and this is definitely the most comfortable to sit on, with or without massaging. All the pulse option are great, but I still prefer the constant vibration so it's nice you can select a steady massage for different areas. The heat function has been nice, even during the summer. I have used this massager every morning with my coffee and it is a relaxing way to wake up. Overall I would give it 5 stars, with the only improvement being that I wish it was a little taller. I'm 6' tall and the neck massage is at my shoulders. Otherwise it's great and worth the money!

I like the quiet vibration and the comfortable fit. It is not a Shiatsu massage so don't expect that experience. The vibration is solid enough for what you have bought. I like the selection of areas of the back on the remote. As a large back person the cervical massage has to be leaned back on to make contact. Its a good comfortable back massage.

mas barato que un sillón con vibración.

Lo compré para mamita de 73 años, porque le había gustado la colchonetita de la misma marca, que vibra y da calor, y quería usarla sentada, pero esta cosa está super dura, con una bolas plásticas en su interior que hacen el masaje y la dejaron adolorida por 4 días. A mi como por 3. Se debe usar quizá 5 min 1 vez por semana, así que para mi no funcionó, pero la primera vez se sintió agradable el primer minuto.

Me gustaría un poco más intenso, la fuerza del masaje, pero es aceptable
