Prevents buds from falling out
Don't think. Just buy them. Prevents buds from falling out ear even when working out and also blocks unwanted noise. I should have bought these long time ago.

Decent buy if you lose your OEM
Decent value. Good comfort but the fit could be better. It lacks a notch to keep them in the correct orientation so they slide sometimes.

Only one size
It only comes in the largest size. Product itself seemed fine and fit well on the ear buds themselves, but the largest size doesn't fit my ears at all, which makes them very uncomfortable and lets the earbuds fall out too easily.
