Good and sturdy belt...vaule for money..the velcro quality is good.

Good quality but sizing issue
The product quality is very good however there was a sizing issue my waist size is 32 and the size L that I ordered was quite large for me unfortunately size M was not available so I had to return the product

Nice lower back support
For intermediate category lifters, good belt. Velcro is so far okay. Don't know how long will it last. But belt is not broad at the lower back. Helps balance the core during deep squatting as well. Overall a nice product, especially at this price range.

Zero stars
The quality of the product is not good. I'm writing this review after one month .totally disappointed with boldfit products. They use cheap wellcrow and the result the product lasts max one month
