Five years ago, I bought the best flip flops ever--the leather Olukai Hiapo, which I have worn almost every day in Southern California. They have gotten on the worn side, so I thought of replacing them. Instead, I got these $25 KuiaLu orthopedic arch support sandals. They material is plastic and rubber. These are comfortable. They are no replacement for the Olukai, which are super luxurious. However, I realize I need these for washing my car, going to the beach, and any wet conditions in which I don't want to ruin leather. So these are affordable, practical, and comfortable. Therefore, I can give them 5 stars. On the other hand, I will be buying a pair of Olukai soon.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I think all of these flip flops retailers should list widths as well. Had to send these back because my feet are very wide and I knew that I was taking a chance so, that OK. I kinda have an issue with the packaging...... I purchased these and several dog toys and received them all in one box. All of the god toys were hooked to a graphic cardboard piece that gets hung on a peg hook in stores or were wrapped in packaging but, the flip flops were just sealed in clear plastic. I've ordered hundreds of items and this is a first. I give a 4 because I can't take off for feel or function.....

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Best sandals I've owned! I have problems with plantar fasciitis and these flip-flops have stopped the pain. I bought an expensive pair of oofas at double the price and I didn't like them at all (too high in the arch). These are the perfect height and add great heel cushion. I can't wait to get home every day to put these on.The size fits well although there is a little extra room in the strap but I guess I have skinny feet (all that's skinny).

I wear a 10.5. I ordered a 10.5 and it fit. I don't have a fat foot or a very wide foot. The slippers are a good fit for me. They have a big arch. Very lite weight. Im traveling to Vietnam. I will tell you how well they did.

Had to order a size larger (an 11 instead of a 10) to get the fit that I wanted. No problem with the initial return and the replacements arrived quickly. Like the feel and support the flipflops provide.

I had purchased a pair of the cheaper, foam/rubber flip flops from this same brand. They fit incredibly good and felt like they were made for my feet.These on the other hand, just OK. Dont fit as well. A little shorter and a little more narrow, my heel is almost to the back edge and little toe almost to side edge. They are much stiffer than I anticipated and the foot bed is made of a textured rubber material that is not all that comfortable. Probably should've returned them but was anxious to make them work and started wearing them around the house trying to loosen them up. Very comfortable, supportive and easy to put on just with just your feet. Well made as well.
