Pondpush 6000 Garden Pond Pump for pond filters & waterfalls

I ordered this pump installed it and a few months later it stopped working. That is sad but is not the reason I have chosen to write this review. I contacted the seller and let them know it had stopped working. Next day they send a reply asking a couple of questions - had I tried this had I tried that. I replied and again the very next day got an answer. No problem, we'll replace the pump and please keep the original for spares or whatever. No quibble, no fuss no nonsense. Three days after my initial message to the company and the replacement was on my doorstep. I think that kind of service is well worth of a positive review. A massive thank you for an absolutely hassle free replacement!

Lethal to frogs!!!!!I bought this a couple of weeks ago to replace an old Hoselock all-in-one pump, filter with UV. I've just cleaned this pump after a week's use and shocked to find two frogs trapped in the holes on the top of the pump. They got their feet and legs (possibly sucked?) through the holes and couldn't pull them back out. One frog had died, the other was barely alive and I had to be cut the plastic to get it's legs out of the holes. Not sure if it'll survive, as it's leg looked in a bad way!This pump needs redesigning, and I won't be putting it back into the pond. Will contact the seller to see what they say about this 'fault'It may be ok to pump water only, but has no filter or fountain attachments and doesn't come with a mains plug!

Bought this pump just over seven months ago and it worked really well from the start.Unfortunately, for no apparent reason, it suddenly stopped working.Surely can't be worth five stars then?On the contrary. On contacting the supplier via Amazon, I received an immediate response to the effect that a replacement pump was being dispatched immediately.True to their word, the pump arrived the very next day.I'm sure I will have better luck with this pump, and with customer service like that, I would thoroughly recommend this company and its products to anyone.

Product arrived ahead of schedule, as they were out of stock of 6000 pump they sent the 8000 at no extra cost. Pump is working well in pond, as this is my second Pondpush pump if it continues to work as well and lasts as long as the previous one I will be well satisfied.

great just keeps on going, fairly easy to clean, bit difficult to keep upright while you lower back into the water but recommend, strong, reliable pump had several

Bought this pump to get ready for the season after the last pump packed up(different make) thought it was value for money, so far so good, only used it for the last couple of weeks so time will tell

No regrets on my choice of pump. Works very well pushing water through a filter 3 metres away and then to outfall at the top of a river 1.2 metres above the pump returning water to the pond via a weir with 300 mm drop. Took some time to draw the electric cable through the underground trunking but this was my bad planning. Recommend to anyone with similar situation and particularly the price.

This is a very fast pump and keeps my pond clean really well and it a super delivery one aswell
