ID-COOLING SE-224-XTS Black CPU Cooler, 4 Heatpipes, 120mm PWM Fan, Intel LGA1700/1200/115X/AMD AM4/AM5

I use this fan on Ryzen 5600x my idle temp is lower than my stock cooler the cpu came with. this product was easy to install i can hear it even when its on full speed i would recommend this to people using 7600 or lower for intel i recommend i5 or lower

After trying to fit an Arctic 7 cooler on a LGA 1700 & Z690 AORUS ELITE DDR4 board and giving up due to the VRM heatsinks getting in the way I ordered this cooler. The fitting kit is so much better!Firstly you have the brace at the back of the board, you attach the relevant mounting bars and spacers depending on your type of socket.Then thermal paste the CPU up and screw down the heatsink, attach the fan using the provided clips, connect the fan to the header and away you go.One thing I noticed in the instructions, they were lacking information on heatsink orientation, you will notice that one side of the heatsink has more clearance and that's the side for the fan so place that facing your RAM if your looking to push air out the back of your case.This cooler is overkill for the system I was fixing but on the i5 12400 which was running at 60C idle and thermal throttling at full load this cooler would not go above 50C at full load and sat at +1C above ambient for idle!!!I did add a thermalright LGA1700-BCF cpu plate as this was 50p more than the thermal paste I was going to buy and it came with some so this would have helped with this CPU but this cooler did come with a tube of thermal paste too which is didn't state in the description. If you have a 12th or 13th gen intel cpu these plates are worth adding.

The actual performance and price are great once you get it going it’s just I had to return the original I received for a new one, after discovering I was given 3 Intel mounting brackets and 1 AMD bracket meaning I was unable to mount it :(

First PC build and this cpu fan is great, not noisy at all and keeps the cpu below 60C. I haven't tried the PC on an extreme mode but this fan works amazing for my use and I'm sure it'd be good for intense usage too

Don’t write reviews but some products deserve the recognition deserved. Lowered CPU temp (I7 10700) by 30 degrees C. Have HP Envy and not compatible to upgrade without work. Couple of hours later extremely impressed and product performs beyond expectations.If close to what I’ve seen in performance you will be super happy. My recommendation stop looking and get ID Cool.Only regret not purchasing sooner.
