This was amazing for the first week but in the second week of owning it it's started ratling so I can't hear people talk if I have it on and I can't use in in waiting rooms. Or school performances etc like planned.

Well made and rechargeable which is good, but so noisy when I wore it!! I couldn’t get use to the noise of the fan so consequently it was a waste of money

It is very noisy and makes no difference when on. A very disappointing buy. Glad I tried 1 before buying anymore, but wouldn't recommend it.
