Restaurant-Quality Pan for Home Cooking
Every year or so I have to buy a new nonstick 10” frying pan for daily use because they wear out. I’ve owned quite a few frying pans over the years, but the Tramontina Professional Fusion 10-Inch stands out immediately. It has the feel of a pan you’d expect to find in a professional kitchen—solid, perfectly balanced, and built to last. The heavy-gauge aluminum heats quickly and evenly, so no more hot spots that burn part of the food while leaving the rest undercooked. The nonstick surface is excellent. Eggs slide right out with zero effort, and even tougher foods like seared fish release cleanly. Cleanup is a breeze—most of the time I just wipe it down with a paper towel and it looks brand new. I also appreciate that the nonstick coating is PFOA-free, which gives me peace of mind. The stainless steel handle feels secure and stays cool enough to grip, for oven cooking at higher temperatures there is a rubber handle that slides on and off. I like that it’s oven-safe which is unusual for nonstick pans and it makes finishing dishes super convenient. Overall, this pan is professional quality at a very reasonable price. It’s already replaced several of my now worn out pan, and I’m planning on buying the larger size as well. If you’re looking for a durable, reliable, and truly nonstick frying pan, this one is hard to beat.

At last a long lasting non-stick fry pan.
Best fry pan ever. I bought 4 of them because I like them so much. My advice is don't use high heat and don't put it in the dishwasher and it will last a long time. It takes 10 seconds to wash it in the sink with a sponge and regular dish soap. I kid you not. I've seen these in restaurants so I know they are pro level. The aluminum is light but has some heft to it. The pan heats evenly. The non-stick surface is premium and as long as you use a plastic or rubber spatula it won't scratch or mark. Don't use a metal one. I like how the handle rivets don't intrude into the pan. Thats a wonderful improvement over the older models.

Great professional small frying pan
I love this little 8 inch pan. It’s great for cooking eggs and making small amounts of sauce. It is very well made and totally non stick and is easy to clean. Perfect for a small household.

Love this little pan
I had a Tramontina pan that was at least 25 years old. It held up extremely well, but the non-stick coating was beginning to show a multitude of little holes. I purchased this new pan because I admired the brand and the fact that they still produce some of their products in the USA. Make sure to review the descriptions carefully, most of their stuff is now imported. This pan is made in the USA. What I like the most is that the quality has gone UP, not down, over the years. I weighed this pan and the old one, and this new one is 102 grams heavier. The metal is noticeably thicker, and given that the old pan never warped or dented, it seems likely that the extra weight is there just for better heating. I especially like the "rivet-less" handle design. The handle is still held on by rivets (more secure than spot welds IMO), but they are rivets formed integrally from the pan metal itself, so there are no rivet heads inside the pan. This really makes clean-up quicker and you don't have to think about minute bits of rotting food being stuck in there. I believe the non-stick coating is thicker, but also softer, than the previous version. One reviewer noted that cooking a chop with bone in it left gouging in the non-stick. I would say this is a definite risk. But for everything else, the coating is fantastic. I've been using this frequently for two months and it looks pristine. A quick sponge and detergent, no pressure or scrubbing needed, and dry it off. Bingo! The images include side by sides to show the added thickness, and also the rivetless design. UPDATE: It's been 10 months and I'm still very happy with the pan. I use it roughly every other day, and the surface is completely intact except for a multitude of very fine superficial scratches. If the light hits it one way these scratches are invisible. If the light hits the other way you can see them quite readily. I cannot feel the scratches when I run my fingers over the surface. I never cook anything with a bone in it, but I use a lot of freshly ground black pepper and silicone utensils. The non-stick quality of the pan does not seem diminished in the least.

Tramontina non stick skillet
Nice pan, excellent non stick surface, but only after one use, the non stick surface has scratches. We'll see how long it lasts

Very good quality pan without the expensive price tag
The Tramontina Professional Fusion 10-Inch Nonstick Frying Pan is an outstanding addition to any kitchen, whether you’re a home cook or a serious foodie. Right out of the box, its professional-grade build impresses. The heavy-gauge aluminum construction offers superb heat distribution, ensuring even cooking with no hot spots. It’s noticeably sturdy but still easy to handle, and the ergonomic, riveted handle gives a comfortable and secure grip. What really sets this pan apart is its reinforced nonstick coating. It performs beautifully with minimal oil, making eggs, pancakes, or sautéed vegetables slide off effortlessly. Cleanup is a breeze—most messes wipe away with a sponge, and it holds up well in the dishwasher. I’ve also used it in the oven with no issue, and it retains its shape and coating integrity even after repeated use. This pan feels like a premium tool without the premium price tag. It’s compatible with most cooktops (except induction), and it’s built to last with everyday use. I especially appreciate that it doesn’t warp under high heat, and the nonstick surface hasn’t scratched or deteriorated like other pans I’ve used. In short, this Tramontina skillet is a reliable workhorse that makes cooking more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

14” is huge.
Nice pan. Seems very well made. I’ll Follow up after some use but wanted to mention for anyone like me who may not realize how much larger a 14” pan is versus a 12” pan. I bought the 14” and it’s by far the biggest pan I’ve ever seen. It’s almost comical how large it is. I’ve decided to keep it. I should be able to make 4 pancakes at a time. See the pic for comparison. The pan on the left is a 12”.

Wonderful non-stick pan. Why pay more?
Everything you've heard about this pan is true. I've been using it daily for months, and it still is just as non-stick as on day one. The long handle is comfortable to hold and work with, and you can slip the silicone grip off and throw the whole thing in the over. Cleaning it is a breeze, and unlike some other non-stick pans, they say to wash it with warm soapy water and it won't damage the coating. Looks nice - works even better. Ideal for a two egg omelette, cooks evenly and conducts heat like a champ. Mine replaced a Swiss-diamond pan that cost 5x as much and lost it's coating (even after delicate treatment) within a couple of years.
