Great to clear those cobwebs out of your brain
This is an easy book to pick up and dive into as and when. The puzzles are fun and I like that there's a bit of story behind them too.I appreciate the different mix of puzzles as it gets your brain working from different angles. It also means if you didn't enjoy that style then you can just move on to the next one.I haven't found a puzzle that's stumped me yet... but this isn't my first rodeo. My family loves doing puzzles of any kind and I actually have a couple of Gareth's other books on my shelf (The Perfect Crime and The Ordnance Survey Great British Treasure Hunt).Overall, a fun and entertaining puzzle book that's bound to blow the cobwebs out of your brain.*I received a complimentary copy of the book from LoveBooksTours and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Brilliant! Every home should have this!
I have always loved relaxing with a good puzzle book. Ever since I was younger, I'd always have one to hand to to just sit and dip in and out of whenever I got the chance.Having been reading more recently, I haven't done any puzzles for a while, so was thrilled to get this book to review. Now, puzzles have definitely evolved over the years and this one definitely had a few that made my eyes go funny and brain fog (might be my age! 🤭) and I will admit that I'm still working through a couple. But it felt so good to sit and focus on something a bit different. And when I managed to actually work through them, I loved it!This book has 100 different style logic puzzles to keep your mind active and I think would appeal to older children as well as adults.I love the cover and think this would definitely stand out on the shelves. The cyber style of the cover and the puzzles themselves really brings this puzzle book bang up to date and current.A brilliant book that I'd recommend for every home.

Not that interesting
Rather a dull set of puzzles. Some are straightforward, some less so. Even so, the harder ones don't excite you to work at them; my response is 'I'm not that interested'. It's rather the writer thought 'I need to devise enough puzzles - these will do'. Many of them are standard style puzzles.

Better with friends
This one certainly kept me entertained for a whole Sunday afternoon! We begin with a short introduction explaining what the book is all about and what part you play. You are tasked with working your way through the book page by page, puzzle by puzzle, you are the target and agent of some very unusual online activity!I would like to throw in here that at this point you may wish to give yourself an agent name, perhaps gather some friends and turn this into a sort of dungeons and dragons style experience! - Just an idea! The puzzles themselves are not easy so you're going to need a team to get through this! There is a good mix of number style puzzles, decoding, word/number searches plus so much more! If you fancy yourself as a bit of a Professor Layton then this will be right up your ally!Fun, engaging and encourages teamwork! Can be played/ read through alone or with friends (it’s more fun with friends) and of course if you get stuck then the answers can be found at the back of the book!A very solid 4 stars

Hours of entertainment
Hours of entertainment in this book. One hundred number and logic puzzles - plenty to get the brain cells working. I’m a lapsed member of MENSA and I adore puzzles like this, particularly logic puzzles. It’s a long time since I’ve done any and this book reminded me just how entertaining it can be to arm yourself with a cup of tea and a collection of puzzles to give the brain a workout. Use it or lose it is a very real thing. A couple of puzzles a day is enough to retain some sharpness of thought and to improve memory function. Loved it. Highly recommended.

Brain Workout
I’ve done one of these puzzle books before by Dr Moore and really enjoyed it, certainly gets the brain cells going! The puzzles start off quite easy and lull you in, as the book progresses they get harder and harder. I thought I had quite a good puzzle mind but these books showed me I’m not as good as I thought.I really enjoyed this one, I got a bit stuck towards the end - even had hubby helping with anagrams! I have a few more puzzles to do in this book and look forward to getting stuck in to more and really getting those little grey cells working out.
