Just as advertised. Am having a frappe right now!

I read about this product in a magazine I was only able to find it on Amazon. It tastes so good. Sweet, spicy, hot all at the same time.

Good flavor

I think they really don’t tell you this has vinegar in it. It’s more like a cocktail “shrub”. I wanted a honey syrup flavored with jalapeño, not a vinegar liquid.

I think I would have liked this more if honey was the number one ingredient rather than cane sugar. It is an interesting thickness, not quite honey, but thicker than most syrups. Touch a bit to a finger and you get a strong sweetness, some honey flavor and a decent but very manageable hit of jalapeño. I was hoping to use it as a tea sweetener and it did take the bitterness off a cup of generic oolong like no one's businesss. It is very sweet even with just a bit added. The heat did not seem to overcome the tea though. It's ok, but I think my desire for this will wane before I get through a full liter. Will be some interesting experimentation coming up.

This has been a great addition to my hot toddy this fall. I also mix it in with my bbq sauce for chicken wings. Another A+ for Monin.

Grabbed this and El Jimador, it’s the BEST!!!
