As someone who struggles with ADHD, Hyper focusing on projects and losing track of time this time during work is a constant task.This timer really helps with that because it's very easy to use. I like to turn the dial function and there's also an alert volume controller which is really nice if you work in an office setting because if you're doing something like the Pomodoro style work method and the timer is going off every 15 to 20 minutes that can become annoying to other people so it's nice that it does have a quiet mode.One thing I wish was different is that it looks like the back of the battery door won't stay on for some reason not sure if it's just a faulty batch on my end but that doesn't change how much I love it and it's cute.

The timer is simple to use. I love the 3 options volume, loud, soft, and mute. Plus the magnet on the back is convenient and holds the timer in place. I use mine in my private practice. I love it!
