Our 5 month baby was completely ANTI-CARRIER for her first three months, but once we got this, she suddenly LOVES being in the carrier more than anything else and is happy to sit for hours just watching the world around her as we walk around.The transition from inward facing to outward facing was a complete breeze, and I love that its simple enough that I can slip it on, buckle it up, and even adjust it all on my own with baby. The major plus of this carrier is that it really does help with heat. Both me and baby still need to dress lighter if we plan to be using the carrier for extended periods, and we still take breaks to get some air, but the cooling fabric does help even in a warm climate.The construction is cushy, sturdy, and I love the extra attention to detail like elastics to keep dangling straps out of the way. It is a wonderful investment. Will definitely recommend this brand to all of our friends.

If you're debating between this and the regular infantino carrier because of price, this really is worth it!I tried out the original infantino first and was "dying" from excess heat and sweat while at the zoo. Heck, even at the grocery store.I tried this one out to see the difference, and I tell you- there really is a difference. You still get a little warmer because you're carrying your baby, but it really keeps me from feeling too overheated and gross. Yes, you still sweat when it's hot outside, but it keeps it from being excessive and kind of wicks your sweat away. The cooling gel or whatever it is, really does help keep you cool. 10/10 would recommend this over the original carrier.It's more padded and more comfortable than the original carrier. I also love that it has a zipper pocket in the front for you to place your keys or phone when your hands are full and can't reach your pockets or purse.

Hiked up a mountain with a 3 week old, dude was happy. My sweat did penetrate and make him uncomfortable when temps dropped so I created a moisture barrier between me and the carrier to prevent that from happening again. That being said. Its super comfortable for the user and the child. I'm 6'2 400lbs and my gal is 5'4 150 and it fits us both fine!

It’s not really convenient to use but it does cooler in the hot weather

My son heats up quickly and would vomit if in our other carrier for too long due to our combined body heat. This carrier has a soft barrier that separates the heat while still allowing me to keep him close. He sleeps comfortably in it, and has enjoyed facing in or out to see what is around. We’ve had this all summer and it was a game changer for being able to be outside and comfortable.

I put my two year old in in it when she’s sleepy and walk around the house… works like a charm

Very comfortable and keeps my baby cool, just a little complex for putting on at first. Once you get used to it it's easy!
