Messy to apply but wonderful results
Very messy to apply. Make sure you use old towels, wear old clothes and plastic gloves plus have cotton wool and toner on hand to remove any stains right away as this stuff really stains.I used Espresso Brown which I think is the best match for my mahogany brown hair. Applied to just washed and conditioned, towel-dried hair for an hour with cling film over and a towel to heat things up a bit.Once rinsed out and dried my hair looks beautiful and the colour looks gorgeous. I've hardly made a dent in the massive tube.Edit: I've washed my hair three times since applying this gloss and the colour still looks great, even where I have grey roots (although it has faded a little at the roots) and my hair looks shinier than usual. Highly recommend it.

Great for a shine boost on relaxed hair!
I love this stuff! It really does make my hair more glossy and well behaved but I think it’s effect is soon lost through washing your hair so not entirely convinced the cost is and effort is worthwhile. For a shine boost once in a while though it’s great! I have relaxed hair and I use the clear rinse.

Sebastians a bit full of himself is he not?. We were an appointed salon but the need for the product range wained and we still wanted this which clients loved and was popular as a shine service (very good on coarse, grey hair). Good price as a single item and will continue purchasing.

Not the effect I expected
Vanilla blond is misnomer. Sent my blond to ginger. Did nothing for hair condition either. Won’t use again.

Customer service was outstanding when I had questions about the product.
Wash hair with Sebastian Light Shampoo, 4-5 min. Leave to work and then rinse thoroughly. Allow to dry. Put cellophanes in a bowl, apply evenly to the brush, comb through. Cover the film. Blow dry 20-30 heat or cool completely under a hood. Leave with Hydre Conditioner into the hair 5, condition to 80% as usual.

Straight from the tube. I put the amount I want to use in a plastic bowl that is used for hair colour and then apply it with a hair colour brush coating all the hair.
