It’s okay.
It’s okay for the price on the market, not a strong adhesive, it comes off easily.

Alleviate knee pain with kinesiology tape
I am an avid runner and have knee pain when running, especially in cold weather. I ordered the kinesiology strips to alleviate my knee pains. Upon opening the box, I noticed heavy-duty precut strips. I have not used kinesiology tape on my knees, so I googled and watched the video on how to apply it. I followed the instructions and applied the tape prior to running. The precut tapes are easily applied to my legs. The tapes are stretchable, so I followed the instruction to apply the pressure and stretch the tape as I was applying the tape. The tape absorbed the knee pain, and I had no pain during the run. I usually felt knee pain at the beginning of the run, and I did not feel any pain. The tapes came off easily after running. I wanted to ensure that it was the tape, so I did not apply the tape the next time I ran. I felt knee pain without the tape. Overall, the kinesiology tape is a good value, and the item description was accurate.

Precut strips, adheres well, provides support
Large roll of precut Kinesiology tape. Strips are 2 inches wide and 10 inches long, with slightly rounded corners. Helpful as rounded edges will not fray or roll up so quickly. I've had great results using Kinesiology tape to support a muscle, joint or minor injury. It can help drain lymphatic fluid when you have swelling or if you have a bruise. Tape is quite stretchy read up on it, as the more stretch you apply when adhering it to you skin will increase the stimulation to the area. My physical therapist applied this when I had an elbow injury so I learned how to apply it myself. Clean the skin with an alcohol prep pad or apply alcohol on a lint free wipe to remove body oil and dirt before adhering the tape to your skin, which will help the tape adhere better and last longer. Rub the center of the tape vigorously after applying (staying away from the edges) to warm the tape slightly which will help it stick better. When ready to remove the tape apply baby oil or olive oil to the top of the tape to help break down the adhesive. Wait five minutes, then remove slowly.

Its not good at all....
So I have been needing to wrap my knee for the last two years. I've gone through many types of KT tape and I had one I liked before on Amazon but they stopped selling it. I decided to give this one a try and im disappointed. It's really flimsy and doesn't hold my knee in place like my last one did. I can only wear this one for a 3 hours and my knee hurts already. The other I was able to wear all day no issue. I really had high hopes for this one.

Pre-cut is a big time saver
I've been using k-tape for my knee for a few months now at the advice of my chiropractor. Up until now, I've been cutting small strips from a large roll, and basically just take a half hour or so once a week to cut them up for the week (I was told to wear 2 days, then take one day off...). These pre-cut strips are a time saver, and save me from having to do that boring task that I have not been looking forward to each week. These also do not leave adhesive on your skin after use. The other brand I've been using does. So, no need to scrub your skin after you take it off. All in all, it's a simple product, but I'm really happy with it.

Plain black K-tape.
It's a little more expensive than other tapes -- like CKeep's tape -- but what I like better about this tape is that it doesn't have the manufacturer's logo on the tape (like CKeep has). If you are being photographed like I do from time-to-time, you prefer not to have logos all over your body, and I prefer logo-less tape for photo and video shoots. So for things like bowling where I don't care about the logo, I'll use CKeep's tape. And for my photo and video shoots, I'll use this tape. Also love that it's black and logo-less! The 2" x 105' comes as one huge roll of 128-precut strips!

Good if you know what you're doing
This tape is good for most sports needs and it adheres well as long as you follow the instructions. Guides are included for common injuries, but it's still good to consult a physician before using this long term. The strips are precut, which is helpful, but they're too long for some needs and too short for others, which limits their usefulness. Also, there is a weird smell that comes with the tape, but it dissipates over time. Overall, though, this provides good support for active lifestyles.
