Interesting product!
This toning milk is very unique. Not only does it have a ton of great ingredients not often seen in the same formula, but the texture is also interesting. It is very lotion like, definitely thicker than a milky toner. I noticed a difference in my skin immediately, and my makeup laid down beautifully on top of this. Recommend!

I didn’t find this to do anything. I found it to be quite drying for my skin. It is pretty expensive for what you get with no results.

Perfect for Winter!
I've been trying to find an alternative to Laneige's cream toner for YEARS and I finally found a better formula with Coats' toning milk! The formula is definitely thicker, almost like a moisturizer, but a little definitely goes a long way and a bonus, it's vegan and cruelty-free which I appreciate. Can't recommend this enough for dry and dehydrated skin types, especially during the winter!
