Average water resistant. Big compartments and storage. Stiching is good and could hold heavey weight however surface/ bottom is not that strong. Look is good and as shown in the picture but if you are looking great deal for safety of laptop then this is not good option in this price range.

Handle got torn on first use, stitching quality is not as expected. Bag looks good but it couldn't handle the weight of 1.4" laptop and a water bottle. Couldn't initiate return as the price tag was misplaced.
