Fantastic
I’m hesitant to write my glowing review of these briefs because I don’t want them to be sold out, but I want to share the source with other women who are tired of the mainstream “diapers” that SCREAM “INCONTINANT” and are a downright embarrassment😵💫 I discovered this brand when the Depends that I usually used were out of stock. I also wanted something that wasn’t “titty pink”🤢🤮 Thes briefs are made by a long established Swedish company. They are available in black. Compared to the other plasticized briefs on the market, these are the “Victoria’s Secret” of the bunch. They are actually stylish in design. They’re made of an almost cloth-like material that’s very comfortable. They are EXTREMELY absorbent…holding way more than the other brands. The moisture is wicked away from your body and KEPT away. I have NEVER felt like my crotch was “drowning”. They use something other than the absorbent gel that’s commonly used. It appears cotton-like. Perhaps the coolest thing about them is they look and feel sexy as compared to ALL the rest. The are DEFINITELY NOT your run of the mill “diapers.” I have been on a one-woman campaign to change the language used to describe disposable incontinence products…ever since going through a 5 week long bedside “death watch” as my Mother died from cancer. The homecare assistant would repeatedly ask my Mom if she needed her “diaper” changed😡 This was insulting to me and would have mortified and embarrassed my Mom, had she not had altered consciousness. I repeatedly corrected this woman, explaining why I was so put off by it. I don’t know if it was from stupidity or defiance, but she wasn’t changing her behavior😵💫 I finally told her that I would fire her if she didn’t do as I asked. The almighty dollar spoke clearly to her, as her job paid extremely well ! Please help change the world with me…”Briefs”, NOT “diapers”❣️

I like them more than the Always version.
I use these specifically for my heavier days on my period. I like that they come in black and I also like that they have more of a hip-hugger/mid-rise fit which means they are concealable under most pants. The Always have more of a high waist so if wearing certain pants (even with a higher rise) the brim of them will show at the top. And if you want to wear the Always with mid-rise pants, forget it. With the Tenas I can wear mid-rise pants/jeans and they do not show underneath yet they offer the same amount of protection. As such, I mainly only use the Always if I'm not going out anywhere and therefore can care less if they show or not. That way the money spent on them doesn't completely go to waste. But if I'm stepping out to work or somewhere then I wear the Tenas. Haven't experienced a single leak, and I have a pretty heavy flow. These also offer excellent overnight protection. Only get up once in the middle of the night and that's to pee, nothing else. Can sleep with these on till I wake up in the morning.

Make me feel like a woman again! Near to underwear as you can get.
Make me feel like a woman again. They don't feel as much like a diaper as other brands. They feel like an underwear. Except for the very back. That's the only place you can tell. I felt sexy as heck in them. I wish I could afford to buy them all the time. But I have to buy the off brand. Quality, absorbency, awesome. No leakages. Functioned awesome. Value was a little less than I'd like. I wish there were more in a pack or the packs were less expensive.

2nd softest on the market, great for overnights.
These are nice quality, I might try sizing down in the to see if the bunching at the crotch minimizes, they hang down a bit, causing some chafing. They’re nice for the price point, and I mostly wear them at night for extra protection. They’re thick enough to handle overnight bladder leaking, and I love that they are available in black. Having issues due to spinal cord injury in my early 30’s has been tough, so having briefs close to normal looking underwear is important to me. The picture shows always discreet boutique size s/m (run about $14 for a pack of 12) and the Tena size large from Amazon. I do like that they have a “tag” marking which side is the back.

Great for multipurpose use.
These 'TENA' Stylish Black Underwear are very helpful for protection when going through a menstrual cycle and/or bladder issues (whether at night or during the day). I think these are nice because they're very comfortable and absorbent; however, they don't feel super thick and bulky. These are quite discreet, and just look like you're wearing regular underwear. I think this is a great value as well, especially for the 2 packs that I received. I would definitely repurchase again. 😊

Absolutely Horrible & Wasteful
Shreds apart, way too big, and like all of these products, no matter who makes them, so embarrassing to wear. I love how they all claim they'll give the person 'confidence', instead it just adds to the shame and embarrassment of even having to wear something like this due to health reasons. Not to mention all the waste it leaves as opposed to the newer regular absorbent underwear. Several aren't great but finally found a brand that are soft, sexy soft lace bikini cut, low-rise, super thin like Victoria Secret type panties, highly absorbent, with no bad chemicals, no crinkle sound when moving, come in a 2 pack in a variety of colors, aren't expensive - especially because you only have to buy them once, and best of all, WASHABLE. No more filling up landfills with wasteful, shaming, paper adult baby diaper like products! I finally feel like a real person again! Stop throwing your money away and harming our environment! By these newly available products that are just like normal underwear except made for people who have special medical needs. Available for men too!! Very Respectfully, Jessica M. Kandal, PhD

Comfortable. Great for bicycling.
I got these for when there's a chance I won't be able to make it to the toilet in time when I am out in public especially when there are lines for the toilets - I have urinary urgency. I'm 5'7" and 155 lbs and the s/m size is almost just right, perhaps a bit snug. I didn't want them to be too big or bulky. They are super comfortable and the padding is shaped so you can feel that it would catch any leakage that occurs. The maximum absorbancy size is probably too bulky to wear with tight-fitting bottoms unless you are also wearing a long cardigan or tunic. Bonus! I wore these when I went biking and it fixed the issue I've long had with the seat being really uncomfortable. The padding is just right. I will definitely be adopting these as my official biking workout undies.

CONFIDENCE OF QUALITY
Product seems to have less padding, I’ve purchased these many times and this last order is unsatisfactory - leakage from inner sides - I’m really disappointed. I recommended to a friend and her experience was the same and she gave hers away and started another brand. I really do not feel any way confident wearing these anymore - I will not waste money ordering again. I looked on pkg for 800 number but there is no reference. I ordered the 2 pack items. I’m very sad 🧐😚😞☹️
