That's a really good quality supplement although I'd suggest starting from the lowest dosage 3x1caps. I jumped on the highest dose (3x3caps daily) since I've stopped taking it about 6-8 months ago and after 10 days my immune system response was really scary (shaky hands, tingling in my feet, tightness in the chest etc.) Then I recalled I was reading about it years ago, that if someone starts taking cat's claw , it is recommended to start from the lower dose and increase it every week (1 week 3x1caps then 2nd week 3x2caps and then if you feel alright, you don't get any nasty side effects you can jump on the highest dose. I used this to treat CFS which I was already recovering from. This, in addition to 8-10 servings of fruit a day accelerated the healing process greatly.

Easy to take in capsule form. I feel better having used the product for many years, but it is difficult to be objective. If I stop it, I notice that after few days my leg twitch gets worse.

Was dissapointed when it arrived. the list of ingredients on the description never said Alchohol which I did not want. I probably will not take them.
