Easy to take in capsule form. I feel better having used the product for many years, but it is difficult to be objective. If I stop it, I notice that after few days my leg twitch gets worse.

That's a really good quality supplement although I'd suggest starting from the lowest dosage 3x1caps. I jumped on the highest dose (3x3caps daily) since I've stopped taking it about 6-8 months ago and after 10 days my immune system response was really scary (shaky hands, tingling in my feet, tightness in the chest etc.) Then I recalled I was reading about it years ago, that if someone starts taking cat's claw , it is recommended to start from the lower dose and increase it every week (1 week 3x1caps then 2nd week 3x2caps and then if you feel alright, you don't get any nasty side effects you can jump on the highest dose. Was dissapointed when it arrived. the list of ingredients on the description never said Alchohol which I did not want. I probably will not take them.

I purchased this to help with my immune system as I am female and I have MS, the menopause and heaven knows what else.. but this has helped with my moods, temperature and supported my immune system..no colds yet...

Best thing I guess, is the NO it helps produce but if I don't feel any effect in any way by the end of the bottle, I won't continue to take it... just to be taking it. I'm sure it works differently for each individual.

take this capsule daily... it was prescribed to me years ago when i was having vocal problems (singing) and over time it did wonders... still taking it many years later. and this product Best Naturals is a great company that cares about best ingredients.. great price... did i mention the great price!!
