Works well
We decided to rearrange our living room, which meant the TV ended up on the opposite wall to the aerial and network points with an approximate 8 m run of cable needed. The challenge I had was that the long wall that I needed to run the cable along has a recessed French door, so I needed something that would be able to deal with the corners. These kits are great because they have internal and external corner pieces, as well as a couple of methods of tidily joining lengths of trunking together. You can either butt them together and use a cover piece to hide the join, or you can use a linking piece that pushes into both open ends and joins them together. I opted to use the covers, as I think they look tidier, and of course are a bit more forgiving if you haven’t quite cut the trunking perfectly square.Very happy with the results. The trunking doesn’t look out of place against either the skirting board, or the UPVC door frame. The trunking is easy to cut with a fine bladed hacksaw, and adhesion seems to be very good, although time will tell that for sure. I made sure to clean the surfaces well with soapy water, and dry thoroughly beforehand, and it seems to have stuck well.Good value for money and does the job well.

Quality and ease of fitting
Needed a neat and tidy solution to hide a long extension lead across the bedroom for the tv.This was perfect the product came well packaged well presented and well protected. The actual cable strips themselves have a scratch protective tape on that needs peeling off once installed .The cable strips couldn’t have been easier to install ,pop them open insert cable , line them up to where you want them ,remove the protective tape on the pre installed sticky back liner , press down for 10 secs and your done , finish by locking in the cable fully pushing the front in.They looks great above my skirting board , very neat and tidy and take away a trailing cable on the floor .They come with lots of fittings so you can install round corners making it all look seamless . I didn’t need to use any of these and my install was a straight line but should I have done I’m sur I would have had no problem .Great product at a great price highly recommended

If your in any doubt of the adhesion strength....
...then fear not - it happily ripped off a nice rectangular strip of wall after I decided to 're adjust' a small strip that I'd been awkwardly hunched over only to realise it was crooked! So what would have been a quick job turned into me having to skim over the offending area, repaint and pretend that I'd intended to decorate at the same time..ahem.Things I like:1. Hinged clam shell type action that means you can fit the cables in easily and snap close as opposed to the other type of trunking that you have to thread your cable/s through which is a pain, especially if you have multiple cables all getting snagged up.2. Very strong adhesion (as mentioned!). Make sure you have everything aligned and properly cut to length before finally commiting, and if using the corner connectors (90 degree horizontal to vertical in my case), do a 'dummy' run without taking off the adhesive backing as there is some play/wiggle room in the connector.3. Easily cut with a hacksaw and is protected well during this stage as you have a protective film cover to remove prior to finally fitting. What I didn't like:The aforementioned corner connector only has retaining clips on one edge so I found that you don't really get a tight fit at all. It's great that you can fit these after the main lengths are in place but I feel that this is something of a design oversight. It's not like you'll be removing the corners often (if at all) so they should have a more permanent locking system.Overall then, it's a good product that definately solves the problem of wall spaghetti, but those corner connectors need some work..

Simple to fit magnolia trunking
These cable trunks have allowed me to tidy my surround speaker installation. Fitting was simple and required one section to be cut and joined to another full length to achieve to desired height. Joining pieces are supplied in the kit for use in a number of ways. This includes for straight runs, 90 degree turns and t junctions. I made two straight runs, one for each speaker. Joints are not too noticeable but I put mine at the bottom of the run so they are barely visible. Each trunk can accommodate a speaker wire and power cable with room to spare. The magnolia colour blends in with my decor. My wife is happy with the finished job. Happy wife, happy life.

Very useful trunking.
I don't like seeing untidy cables snaking across the floor or dangling down the wall. This D-Line trunking helps to conceal them and tidy things up.I've used other D-Line trunking products before to hide various cables along the bottom of the skirting board in our lounge. This time, I wanted this micro kit to hide individual speaker wires vertically down the walls from our 5.1 surround sound system. The trunking is easy to cut with a hacksaw and it's easy to install. My only real gripe with it is that if you have to continually add and remove different cables over the years, gradually the trunking pieces wear out, especially the small corner pieces. If you paint over the top of the trunking, this can make it harder to open and close in future. I also recommend not using builder's caulk to fill in any gaps - over time it shrinks and cracks and looks awful. Next time I'll use silicone sealant which can stretch and doesn't crack. The price is a bit expensive for what you're getting (just bits of plastic), but I've failed to find a system which works better.
